As the Graphic Designer at Aid4Need, I had the opportunity to develop and lead the visual branding for a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth through community-focused initiatives. Some of the projects included designing for social media platforms for special occasions, key moments, and volunteer hours as a way to highlight the organization’s mission and encourage involvement.
Brainwave Teen Psychology
As an intern in the Social Media & Design Department at Brainwave Teen Psychology, I contributed to various projects that blended social media management and graphic design. This department provided a dynamic rotation through various tasks, from conducting mental health research to creating engaging posts across platforms. I designed graphics for mental health awareness campaigns, developed TikTok and Reels content, and enhanced posts with video editing to maximize reach and engagement. Each project allowed me to explore different aspects of digital media, combining research and design to promote mental wellness and connect with our audience effectively.
As the Social Media Manager for LanguageUnites, I was responsible for designing and curating content that celebrated language diversity and cultural connections. My role involved creating visually appealing posts, crafting campaigns that highlighted language learning tips, and managing engagement across platforms. By combining social media strategy with web design, I enhanced the organization’s online identity, making it easier for users to connect with our mission of promoting language learning and cultural exchange.
